Famlu is an online family networking service that helps families stay connected through private photo sharing, messaging, calendars, and other family-focused tools. Our service is designed for adults, with provisions for including children and teens with appropriate supervision.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Who Can Use Famlu

  • Adults (18+) - Can create accounts and manage family networks
  • Minors - Can be invited by family members, with the inviting adult responsible for monitoring their participation
  • Accurate information required - You must provide truthful registration information

Account Requirements

Username Guidelines

Your username cannot be:

  • Offensive, inappropriate, or harmful
  • Impersonating someone else
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Misleading about your identity

Your Content & Our Rights

Content Ownership

You own your content. Photos, messages, and other content you upload remain yours. We don't claim ownership of your family memories.

Service License

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and display your content within your family network

  • Enable features like photo sharing and messaging
  • Perform technical operations necessary for the service

This license ends when you delete content or close your account. We don't use your content for advertising or share it outside your family network.

Content Responsibility

You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload, including getting consent from family members who appear in photos or videos.

Subscription & Payment Terms

Service Plans

  • Silver (Free) - Basic features for up to 5 family members with 5GB storage
  • Gold Monthly - Full features with unlimited members and storage for $12/month
  • Gold Annual - Same as monthly but billed annually at $97/year (save $47)

Billing & Renewals

  • Automatic renewal - Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Price changes - We'll notify you 30 days before any price increases
  • Fair billing - You're only charged for the time you use our service
  • Secure payments - All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment providers

Cancellation & Refunds

We offer a generous 30-day refund policy:

  • Cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Full refund within 30 days of any payment
  • No questions asked, no cancellation fees
  • Your data remains accessible during the refund period

Service Availability & Support
